[Using Sakai] How to copy course content in Sakai?

Dear Sakai Community,

We are doing a feature comparison between Sakai and Blackboard.  Blackboard
allows instructors to copy course content/settings from an old course to a
new one.  I couldn't find such an option in Sakai.  Is it possible?
