[Using Sakai] [Building Sakai] Reimagining Sakai: dratic changes on the interface

Yes, it looks like this made it into Sakai 10 branch already, as it was 
completed before we cut the branch.

It would be great though, if someone could test the feature anyway, 
maybe on QA05 or QA06. :-)
