[Using Sakai] [Building Sakai] Reimagining Sakai: dratic changes on the interface

We from Asahi contributed a patch (that I really love as skin designer)
that makes possible to add modified "vm files" and the "tool_base.css"
inside the skins folders so you will be able to create very different skins
in the same Sakai changing almost everything, because you can touch the
velocity code directly only for a skin (meanwhile the skins without vm
files will use the standard sakai code).

I think this will be included in Sakai 10 because its in trunk.

If you join this to the skin manager, then you have a great flexibility.
