[Using Sakai] [Building Sakai] Sakai 10: options link renders differently in different browsers

Hi Adam,

The tools that have the pencil icon are actually JSR-168 portlets and
clicking that invokes the edit mode of the portlet. They should not be
different between browsers though, they should render identically. Do you
see the same on the nightly builds with your two browsers?
