[Using Sakai] Enterprise lecture capture (integrated with Sakai)

Hello all,

We are at the early stages of exploring enterprise level lecture capture solutions and looking to connect with anyone in this community who has been through the process and have implemented such a system in their organization.

Ideally we'd have a system that can be made to integrate well with Sakai and would be particularly interested in hearing from anyone who has done this.

Questions we have right off the bat are:


1.       What system does your organization use?

2.       What is your overall experience with customer service?

3.       What was your overall experience with implementation?

4.       What were the major technical and user hurdles that had to be overcome?
