[Using Sakai] problem with CK Editor and MSIE9

Yea 3.6.2 has some pretty major updates over 3.5.2 for certain browsers.
There was this bug fixed in 3.6.3 but the community CKEditor hasn't been
updated yet as Noah said. (http://dev.ckeditor.com/ticket/6359) This is a
different CKEditor bug but basically makes it hard to get focus.

At Longsight we have the CKEditor (and the rest of /library) hosted up by
Nginx outside of the instance so we can make updates to these (mostly
static files) much easier. We are running 3.6.6 for most clients and 4.x
for some. Obviously the biggest change for the user is the default skin,
but you can use something that looks like the 3.x Skin as well (Kama)

The big plus is that it generally is easier to update. Most of the plugins
can go into the ckextraplugins directory and configuration is in
ckeditor.launch.js so really you just almost just remove the ckeditor
directory and replace it with the updated version. A few plugins (Wiris
comes to mind) are hardcoded to having to be in the plugins directory by
default (without changing around much of the javascript) so that one is
easier just to leave there 'as-is', everything else goes pretty easy.
