[Using Sakai] [Building Sakai] user IDs != Sakai login ID

We typically store the studentID number in an user property.
Depending on your user provider and your provisioning process this
might involve a customer user provider. In addition, a contextual
display advisor is helpful for dealing with situations where you need
to display this id in tools:
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-10868. For example, we've
written a configurable implementation of this that we can turn on in
specific tools only.
