[Using Sakai] [Building Sakai] neo-default skin and "more sites" behavior

Gonzalo,
               Yes it is happening with categorized" sites only, 
interesting enough it only happens when there are a lot of sites and 
becomes clearer if we keep opening and closing the panel for more sites.
