[Using Sakai] End User Support Documentation discussion moving to Documentation list

I volunteered today to coordinate some of the End User Documentation
efforts for the 2.8 series.
A small, but dedicated and knowledgeable, group is going to be working
on applying what we know about supporting Sakai to writing better out
of the box documentation.

We'll be moving our discussion about the development of the docs to
the sparsely used Documentation list:
