[samigo-team] Autosubmit feature - how to use?

Hi Bryan,

I did set samigo.autoSubmit.enabled=true  in local.properties , but the option did not show up when I ran my local version. 

That's why I was thinking I missed a step with the SQL or Quartz job, but I cannot find the documentation (haven't tried downloading Samigo source files yet though).
