[samigo-team] Autosubmit feature - how to use?

The option in the Assessment Types edit page shouldn't require a SQL or
Quartz Job.  I looked at http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8082/portal and
it was there (trunk).  Try testing on that instance (let me know if that
instance won't work for you)
