[samigo-team] Autosubmit feature - how to use?

-You'll need to set that property to true (might not be necessary):

samigo.autoSubmit.enabled=true

-Then, in Samigo, edit your "assessment type" to allow instructors to use
the AutoSubmit option under the "Submissions" category:

Automatic Submission
Can edit default value (below)? Add Automatic Submission feature

-Create a test with a Retract Date (must have) and set the auto submit to
true

-As a student, take the test but do not submit (not even once b/c the job
will skip you if you have more than 1 submission)

-Create a quartz job in Administration Workspace->Job Scheduler->jobs->New
Job->Auto Submit Assessments Job

-Run the job
