[samigo-team] How to disable/remove auto-submit feature of Semigo tool

Hi Jehan,

You can set samigo.autoSubmit.enabled=false or remove that setting in
sakai.properties.

But if you don't run the quartz job, there should be no assessment got
auto-submitted. How do you know the assessments got auto-submitted? From UI
or database records?
