[samigo-team] How to disable/remove auto-submit feature of Semigo tool

Dear Semigo Team

I want to disable/remove auto-submit feature from semigo tool, in which
java file I should change/comment lines of auto-submission.

note: we are not running auto-submit quartz job, dispite it some time
student papers are auto-submitting.
