[samigo-team] Settings: Score of Zero for Non-Submission

Another feature to think about in this context would be the possibility of
reverting a score to a null, or and empty cell. In most tools in Sakai,
reverting to a null is impossible, let the grading logic demands it. Nulls
are not calculated in the final grade, which is something some instructors
prefer.
