[sakai2-tcc] Could we get a fix version of 2.9.3 ??

For those indies that have the same version number as the main CLE code and are released at the same time, they also need a 2.9.3. For those indies that have a difference version but are also released at the same time, they need the next increment version. For those indie that are released off cycle by active teams, they should be managing this themselves. 

Mailarchive is part of CLE, I think you mean mail sender which is MSND. 

For BLTI, yes create 2.1.1, it's a bit more off cycle so just ensure that there is a tentative one. Just like shorturl, sitestats etc. 

I'll be sending through my proposal for the collapsing of the majority of indies to make this easier to manage, in time for discussion at the conference, but won't be there to discuss it in person.
