[sakai2-tcc] Which version of LB should I use in

If you look in:

https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/basiclti/trunk/basiclti-blis/pom.xml

You will see that I am using:

        <dependency>
            <groupId>org.sakaiproject.lessonbuilder</groupId>
            <artifactId>sakai-lessonbuildertool-api</artifactId>
            <version>1.4-SNAPSHOT</version>
            <scope>provided</scope>
        </dependency>
Since it is provided, it hardly matters - but I would like clean up loittle details where I can.

Any suggestions on what version of LB I should be using?
