[sakai2-tcc] VOTE OVER-RIDE: Functionality Changes for 2.9: CKEditor

Not directly, as far as I can tell. There is a browser support issue (contentEditable). Firefox Mobile added it recently and there is some hope that iOS 5 will add it, which is rumored to appear this fall. It's unfortunate but, as with Flash, device support is deciding the situation.

There is, as I suspect you have seen, some device detection in place that disables the nonfunctional editors. If you are aware of somewhere that behaves differently, please do file a JIRA ticket.
