[sakai2-tcc] Sakai 2.7.2 and Sakai 2.8.1

Both my sysadmin and myself get very concerned when we see the words and phrases "rollback", "revert", "this bug was introduced in", "has caused a regression in" and "this introduces a much more serious issue".

Aaron, can you recall the resolution of what Matt describes?
