[sakai2-tcc] We need a blog tool for Sakai 2.9

To also hijack the thread :-) I agree - the issue we have had is that
while developers have expressed interest (Steve G even blogged about it)
no one institution has put forward any resources to this.

Idea: How about we suggest the goal of the conference hackathon be an
appstore proof of concept?
