It would probably be helpful to know what the plans are in regards to project coordination meetings (s2 and s3) around the conference. Has there been any though to how those might play out?

Thanks,
Megan

We currently have a hotel room block which would cover Sunday night, but no breakout room in the contract for Sunday. If the additional meeting time on the Sunday prior to the conference would be useful, I'm happy to look at the cost. What numbers please? If numbers are low enough on Sunday to fit in a comp suite, we may be able to cover accommodation in that way.

Best

Ian
