We currently have a hotel room block which would cover Sunday night, but no breakout room in the contract for Sunday. If the additional meeting time on the Sunday prior to the conference would be useful, I'm happy to look at the cost. What numbers please? If numbers are low enough on Sunday to fit in a comp suite, we may be able to cover accommodation in that way.

Best
