As I wrote here:

the change to fix this was never released as a
"2_5_0-2_5_x_DATABASE_conversion" file  or included in the SQL
conversions for any 2.5 tags.

Columbia has been running it since May, so I'll even
volunteer to make the appropriate files and drop them into
the 2.5.x branch. Objections?
