[sakai2-tcc] VOTE on 2.8 timeline (SHORTENED period)

My 2 cents - I would expect the majority of time to be spent testing beta tags.    

Hopefully we'll reach Beta and RC prior to the dates that are outlined.  It's my thinking that if we aren't there by those dates, we are looking at a delayed release.

+1 with the note that we seem to be spending an awful lot of time in
beta and RCs (shouldn't those be sort of "as needed"?) Maybe I am
misreading the schedule so apologies if I am not reading it right.
