[sakai2-tcc] VOTE on 2.8 timeline (SHORTENED period)

+1 with the note that we seem to be spending an awful lot of time in
beta and RCs (shouldn't those be sort of "as needed"?) Maybe I am
misreading the schedule so apologies if I am not reading it right.
