[Using Sakai] [Building Sakai] Small dream of mine

I seems like there are still a few places that leaving "Sakai" as-is makes
sense -- like in the footer, in a Help overview, or even potentially part
of the default welcome tutorial -- but for daily interactions and in tool
interfaces users seeing only the institutional name would be great. I'm
even saying this as someone from a school who calls their instance "Sakai."
:)

Great idea.
