[Using Sakai] WebDAV & Sakai

+1 for deprecating webdav or adding some serious disclaimers to the
documentation.  I'm surprised it's still in Sakai.  It didnt work reliably
in the early days of Sakai and if it still doesn't then it sounds like it's
never going to measure up to user's expectations.  - Luke
