[Using Sakai] WebDAV & Sakai

It works find with a 3rd party tool like Cyberduck (at least in my
experience), it just doesn't work reliably from the operating system. And
there once was another LMS on the planet which had WebDAV connections, but
that LMS was purchased by Blackboard and decommissioned.

Sakai stands alone.
