[Using Sakai] Sakai 10 -Images break site-contents display

Just to clarify:
The site does not display the Site-contents (although it is there).
Opening it for edit, one sees it all.
Delete the big header image, and update.
Displays fine (with other images in it)
Sometimes(?!) a red pop-up warning appears, (as below).
   Re-open for edit,
Paste the image back in (paste as Word),
      Save changes (update).
Again does not display (no error shown).

If nothing else, the intermittency of the error is an issue. And the breakage of sites across the upgrade also.

We have upgraded our Sakai 2.9.2 to Sakai 10 (test environment). Some of the site contents are not being displayed. For example: "Home" page with some images (migrated from 2.9.2) do not display "Home" page contents at all, but if I remove the images, it works fine. I can also see some warning: "Your HTML contains tags or attributes that are not permitted and have been removed from your content".
