[Using Sakai] Course-relative URLs

Hi Bryan,

https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-22283  - is the status correct 
on this ticket? It shows it as resolved and, at the same time, that 
there are sub-tasks still open. Should we open a different ticket for 
remaining sub-tasks, or change the status from resolved on this ticket?  
What is the best way to manage?
