In Sakai 10 there is a new browser for picking these entities eliminating
having to figure it out manually (
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-23040). Some people/schools have
been successful back-porting the UI to earlier versions, like 2.9 but it is
some work. However, the feature for updating the links is separate and
unique for each tool and also targeted for Sakai 10 (
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-22283). You'd probably need to
combine this feature with Lessons.
