[Using Sakai] Sakai 2.9 Orientation Tutorial

Solved! It had to do with a dialog call another dialog, with both having the
selection set to div#tutorial. I created a div tag in the velocity page,
assigned the new tag to the second dialog's selector and edited the JS file
to only assign a selector to the first dialog.
