[Using Sakai] FW: Sakai issue

We are unable to  grade one of our students assignment. Our Sakai version is 2.92.

It gives the following message:
Alert: Someone else is editing this submission '/assignment/s..............................

I tried to reset the cache using following steps but it did not help:
1.    Login as a Sakai administrator -> "Memory" -> "Reset all caches".
Any ideas to fix the issue?

This is still not working, even when I am the only one on line and after I have restarted my computer.

It is Assignment Creative Project 1, student Aya Khoury. The grade that I want to give is 10, so if you can figure out what is wrong, give her that grade.

The way I thought I fixed it didn't work. I preview, and it looks OK, but then when I save it says

the only thing i could think of, is that you have the same assignment open in a different tab.
otherwise, i don't know where this is coming from, but i forwarded it to biku, the system admin, and i'm sure he can help us.

can you tell me what class and what the name of the assignment is?

also, please try it again later, maybe the issue has resolved itself.
