[Using Sakai] Create small admin role

You could try something like this:

It's complicated, but once it's finally set-up correctly, it works well.

And here's a small addition to keep in mind: Instead of using !site.helper
as the post suggests, you could just create a new user account template
(!user.template.adminlite or something like that) and add the permissions
there.
