[Using Sakai] Text-To-Speech (TTS)

Sakai has been tested in the past against text readers. Overall, there
is support for accessibility. There are several open source TTS
applications around. eSpeak is a SourceForge project, Babelfish has the
MBROLA project, one called MARY from Germany, etc.
