[Using Sakai] CLE vs OAE

Hi Everybody,
I have recently visited sakai project, and tested demo on
https://testdrivesakai.com/portal . I expected two different demo for CLE &
OAE, but both was the same.
A I understood CLE is for institutes and OAE is for academies.

- Can anyone explain in simple words what is differences between CLE & OAE?
- Do they have separate source code?
