[Using Sakai] Posted assignment not seen by instuctor

This occurs as well here with 2.8.

This seems to happen when the original text (and attachment if removed) is overwritten (and attachment if removed) and resubmitted by the student before the instructor has a chance to give a grade.

When the instructor gives a grade, the previous submission is seen. It does appear that the original text for the student disappears after multiple submissions though.
