[Using Sakai] Site Info -> Page Order -> Hide, Disable

Hello,

I'm looking for information on the new Page Order feature under Site Info
on 2.9. There is already a "hide" option, and now there is the lock icon
with "Disable the following page for normal users". I'm confused on the
expected behavior for each and the help files don't have any information.
Both hide the item on the menu from the user. If an assignment is added
through another tool that is visible to the students, what is the expected
behavior for each option?

Lock: Disable the following page for normal users
Lightbulb: Hide the following page from normal users
