[Using Sakai] Grades not include instructors?

Go to Assignments, Permissions, remove "Submit to assignment(s) from the
Instructor role.

As an admin, go to Administration Workspace -> Realms ->
!site.template.course and remove the asn.submit permission from the
Instructor role and Save.  The !site.template.course is used for all
courses created in the future.
