[Using Sakai] [Building Sakai] Differentiating Message of the Day (MOTD)

There's interest  :) ... any documentation and screenshots on how it works
to go along w/the code?  It sounds like you can specify who see's each
message.  Can a user get messages from multiple groups (for example
instructors will see both instructor messages and generic messages)?
