[Using Sakai] Test Center (Mneme) Export Per-Question Student Scores

Hello all,

Using Mneme / Test Center, is there a way to export scores per student per question?  I'm basically looking for a spreadsheet that looks something like this:

Student	Q1	Q2	Q3	Q4
A		1	0	1	1
B		1	0	0	1
C		1	1	1	1
