[Using Sakai] [Building Sakai] Benefits of 2.9 upgrade?

Hi Chuck,

One of the slides says that a 2.9 goal is to integrate Lesson Builder 
into the portal. Is this goal met for 2.9 since it's not clear to me how 
it's integrated?
