Hi Louis,

I believe the Assignments tool functionality is actually
intentional--on either side of the "Return to List" button, the
instructor should see a "Previous" and "Next" button. With this
design, the instructor can continue moving through the list of
students to score each student, without having to continually return
to the list and select a student.
