[Using Sakai] lessons for 2.9.0

Hello all of you!

I have a question for the lessons module people!
I cant figure out if the kernel bugs are fixed for 'lessons' that is going to be shipped with 2.9.0? There are two jiras for this problem (SAK-18616 and SAK-19686).
