[Using Sakai] Email Archive - Receiving Emails

Hi All

Is it possible to control which users are sent emails from the Email Archive tool?

I have looked, but the tool permissions only control who can read, send, and delete emails.

Group awareness would fulfil the requirement, and naturally the individual users' notification settings should take precedence, but having a way of targeting certain users would be useful in some scenarios.
