[Using Sakai] paper exams & grading

I re-read a previous answer to this;

       - I don't think that's accurate. 
       -  Both the Gradebook tool and the Assignments tool with Student Submissions set to Non-Electronic meet that use case out of the box.

Yes, assignments allow this, but not exams from what I can see. And assignments don't have multiple numbered questions for individual grades and feedback.
Am I missing something here?
