[Using Sakai] neo-default skin and "more sites" behavior

Hi,
     Users accrue a large number of course/project sites over the time, 
in some cases  more than 50. To assure access to those sites new skin 
offers a tabl/link/button to view more sites. However the view of 'more 
sites' is unpredictable.
Sometimes perfect and sometimes marginally displaced listing of sites 
and in some case completely out of whack, I have been tinkering with CSS 
however not much luck. I have attached a screenshots to illustrate that 
behavior.
I am wondering if anyone has experienced the similar behavior and 
perhaps fixed it?
