Hi Alan,

We (ANU) have just completed our upgrade from 2.6 to 2.8 and should be going into production in the next couple of weeks. Thanks to more tools being indie releases we've actually been able to upgrade and add a number of new tools quite easily (MailSender and Clog for example).

cheers,
Steve

We notice, though, that some features, like Melete, "Word Count" in the Forums tool, and some other features aren't working currently with the new CKEditor, but can be addressed. The new CKEditor seems to be a better choice for usability, accessibility, and the simple fact that it strips out the MS Word junk without forcing the user to know about and use the "Paste from Word" tool. So, is anyone using the experimental CKEditor option right now?
