[Using Sakai] Sakai / iClicker integration

Michigan has been running an iClicker integration since Fall '10. It was a bit of a scramble to get it in, but things seems to be working now. Local contacts would be Beth Kirscher (who may route it elsewhere) on the tech side and Lynne Crandall (on the instructional support side).
