[Using Sakai] Sakai / iClicker integration

Hi Jon,

We've been running iClicker in Sakai for a year, first in 2.6.3, now in
2.8.0. Everything has been running pretty smoothly so far. I'm CCing Sandy
McVey, our clicker point-person at Delaware.
